Which running vest is right for you?

Whether you’re a long-distance road runner or a trail runner exploring the steepest trails, a good hydration vest is essential. There are three main factors to consider when choosing one model over another:

Type of race and intensity of training (running, trail running, long-distance, etc.).
Your body type
The features you’re looking for (emergency whistle, phone pocket, etc.).

For long distances: it’s best to choose a jacket with a large hydration capacity and pockets for your gels and energy bars. With a 10 L capacity, including a 1.5 L bladder and several separate pockets, the Cyclone Eco vest will be your best ally!

For shorter training sessions and everyday runs: the Torrent Eco model is a safe choice. This lightweight vest has a capacity of 2.5 L and includes two compressible water bottles. It also features seven storage pockets. A must-have!
